VINASME holds sixth meeting of the Executive Committee, 4th tenure, 2023–2028
(VINASME) – On the afternoon of August 7, 2026, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) held the sixth meeting of its Executive Committee, 4th tenure, 2023–2028, under the chairmanship of Mr. Tô Hoài Nam, Standing Vice President and Secretary General of the Association. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tin - Vice President and Head of the Inspection Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Tu - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary General and Chief of Office, together with members of the Standing Committee, members of the Executive Committee and leaders of departments and units under the Central Association.

At the meeting, on behalf of the Standing Board of the Central Association, Mr. To Hoai Nam presented a report on the organizational situation and activities of the Association in the first six months of 2026; orientations and key tasks for the last six months of the year; preparations for the 20th anniversary of the Association’s founding and the ceremony to receive the First-class Labor Order, which had been approved by the Standing Committee.
Also within the framework of the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tin presented a report on the regulations for formulating, managing and using the Association’s general operating funds, and at the same time outlined tasks serving the 20th anniversary celebration of the Association’s establishment.
Members of the Executive Committee discussed, contributed opinions and reached high consensus on the contents set out in the draft Resolution of the meeting.
