Recently, Hoa Binh Association of Small and Medium Enterprises organized the Conference to introduce potentials, investment opportunities of Hoa Binh province and exchange experience to improve Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) of Northern provinces.

2018 Association’s activities aim at improving the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) introducing potentials, investment opportunities of Hoa Binh province, sharing and learning experience from Northern Associations. Besides, the experience in counseling, coordinating and cooperating with the local authorities indicated to build the favorable business environment and promote business development in upcoming time.
At the conference, The Opening speech was delivered by Mr Nguyen Cao Son- Chairman of Hoa Binh Association of small and medium enterprises, Member of Standing committee, Head of Department for International cooperation and Projects- Vietnam Association of small and medium Enterprises.
Mr Nguyen Cao Son opened the remark at the conference.
Attending the conference, Ph.D Nguyen Van Than- Chairman of Vietnam Association small and medium Enterprises (VINASME)also expressed his knowledgeable point to partly support Hoa Binh Province to strongly attract capital and boost economics development.

Attending the conference, Ph.D Tran Dinh Thien, Economic expert, Director of Vietnam Institute of Economics also contributed a speech to share his insight and intellect in term of attracting capital to Hoa Binh Province.
The conference is a significant event which considered as a model conference for other Associations to learn and uphold.
