Bac Ninh: Meeting with business in 2015
(VINASME) - On April 4th 2015, at the Cultural Center, Beijing, city of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee organized the 2015 business meeting.
Attending the program to the Central Government Mr. Hoai Nam - Vice President and General Secretary of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam.
Local representative were Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien - Party Secretary, Chairman; Nguyen Huu Quat - Deputy Secretary of Party Committee; Nguyen Tu Quynh - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Standing PPC; the members of the Provincial Standing Committee; Permanent People's Council, the provincial Fatherland Front; Representing the leaders of departments, districts, towns, cities and nearly 200 businesses represent the province and some media coverage attend.

As reported by the Department of Planning and Investment provinces at the end of 2014, the province has 7,535 enterprises operating under the Enterprise Law with registered capital of 106 trillion. The strong development of the business community in recent years gave a significant contribution to the maintenance of economic growth in the province of high and stable levels, contributing actively to create jobs, improve Income and implementation of social welfare policies... However, the business community and entrepreneurs in the province exist, limiting the difficulties and obstacles, including that 95% of businesses are small and medium-sized businesses with limited capital, production space, human resources, lack of knowledge, business management, market information ... so competitively low ... So to let the business community in the province continue to growth spurt, in the next time it is needed to disassembly difficulties and obstacles, in the determination of of both industry and civil society to shared at a very high level...
Speaking at the conference, Mr. To Hoai Nam - Vice Vice Chairman Cum General Secretary of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises said that the new Enterprise Law has removed many restrictions and conditions of entry to create "waves" new investors and establish businesses. In Bac Ninh province which is located near the capital Hanoi and receive an important traffic by the routes of the North, the largest economic center of the country, there is a lot of the advantages to do business.
According to Mr. To Hoai Nam enterprises have to capture timely information and take advantage of opportunities that the market offers. To do so, first an enterprise needs: Change the way of competition from price competition and direct confrontation into how to make up the difference in commodity products, based on quality and brand; increase collaboration, through which skills and advanced technology elements that are spread. On the other hand, support industries that are essential requirements for sustainable development. Mr. Hoai Nam suggest the Province: To accelerate the reform of administrative procedures; facilitate enterprise access to some production spaces as organized industrial zone or infrastructure available to businesses hiring, development of traditional villages; Provincial policies should be enacted after the enterprises' participation, comment, criticism from "idea" to the construction phase .
Speaking at the meeting, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman Nguyen Nhan Chien strategy had been warmly praised. He congratulated the typical enterprise and appreciated the great role of the business community to contribute to promoting the development of the province. He also confirmed that the organization of meeting with the business community as today regular annual forum of the province, is an effective mechanism for dialogue between government and business. This reflects the seriousness and urgency in implementing the guidance of the Government, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee to perform the tasks of economic development - society in 2015. The determination of Provincial implementation of commitments associated with the development of the business community, and encouraged timely, remove difficulties and obstacles, the environment present favorable conditions for enterprises to boost production and business sustainable development in the context of the current difficulties and contribute more actively and more efficiently to the construction and development of the motherland prosperous and civilized.
