Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) hosted a 3rd conference, 2nd central executive committee of Association, tenure 2011- 2015.
(VINASME) - The conference welcomed the President, Vice President, members of permanent board, members of executive committee, and representing leaders of local enterprises and units under VINASME.
Mr. Cao Si Kiem - Chairman of Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises opened the meeting.
At the opening speech, President Cao Si Kiem stressed that this conference would play a vital role in the reviewing and evaluating of the achievements and weaknesses of VINASME’s activities in last year .
Mr. To Hoai Nam - Vice President cum General Secretary of Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises reported operating results in 2012.
In the discussion session, Mr. To Hoai Nam, representatives of permanent board, and the general secretary of VINASME, summarized 2012 activities and presented the 2013 action plan.

After rectifying 2012 summarized report and 2013 action plan, approving the dismissal of 2 members and the addition of 6 members to the central executive committee, the participants discussed about activities of VINASME, challenges of small and medium enterprises in Vietnam in operating as well as proposed dealing solution.
To sum up, Mr. Cao Si Kiem praised the opinions of the participants and affirmed that VINASME would gather these opinions relating to increasing lending interest rate and other charges, and simplifying administrative procedures to submit them to administrative procedures.
